The house is double glazed with oil fired central heating plus a log burner in the front sitting room, so it is cosy all year round. It is well equipped with kitchen equipment, payphone, Sky TV & DVD plus wireless broadband. Electric and oil heating are included in the rental price. Bed linen and 2 towels per person also included but please bring your own beach towels. The house is in a great central location on the island just 3 minutes walk from the pier, pub and general store and literally a stone's throw from the beach. Most bedrooms have a seaview looking out towards the Sound of Iona across to the Isle of Mull. The garden is spacious and includes a patio area for sitting out in.
